Ground Rules
1) Dugouts are bounded by guardrails and any ball hitting guardrails or netting is in play.
2) Ball entering dugout, hitting the facing above the dugout, or on top of the dugout is a dead ball.
3) Ball in the area behind home plate is a live ball.
4) Ball lodging in padding is dead.
5) Batted ball going over outfield fence is a HOME RUN.
6) Ball hitting the foul markers above the fence is a HOME RUN.
7) Ball hitting the scoreboard is a HOME RUN.
8) Catch may be made on the padding of the tarp drum.
9) Ball lodged behind or under tarp drum is dead.
